The Conference Office can help.

The Conference Office handles the
non-academic bookings of space on campus, whether you are a ratified student society, professor planning a workshop, department hosting an event, visiting school group having meals, business providing training seminars, or even a wedding couple looking for a hall to have a time!

The campus provides a unique venue with state of the art meeting rooms, lecture theatres with capacities up to 320, banquet halls and dining services to serve up to 500. Our staff is happy to assist you in finding a suitable venue to meet your needs.

To book a room you can complete our Booking Request Form and email it to facilitybooking@mun.ca. A representative will contact you to confirm the availability of your request.
