Fitness

Physical activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. In
addition to its numerous physical benefits, exercise is also
important in psychological health. Regular exercise improves mood,
self-esteem, body image and the ability to cope with stress.
Students may have a difficult time trying to fit in regular exercise amongst school and work, but making time, even just a little bit, is important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Taking a break to exercise will allow you to refocus, re-energize and relax so that you are better able to take on the many tasks on your to-do list.

There are various types of exercise and it is important to
incorporate all of them into your routine. Flexibility, endurance
and strength exercises all have their own benefits and will keep
your muscles active.
