Mindfulness & Meditation - UC 2001 Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Come join us for a peaceful hour and go back to your work or schoolday feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 12:00 p.m - 1:00 p.m. UC - 5000. FREE and open to everyone! (Students, faculty, staff, general public).
UC 3rd floor-Thursdays 10am-2pm
Need to de-stress? Come visit the green mindfulness and take a plant home for free, have a chat, colour and paint. Visit the Wellness Resource Kiosk/Displays to get information on a variety of health topics, find resources for papers and assignments, and speak to peers!
