- existing and ongoing planning exercises and the strategic priorities are aligned;
- resource allocation at Memorial is driven by strategic priorities and is integrated with the budget process; and
- its activities and any recommendations it makes are transparent.
Budget consultations 2018-19
What We Heard document
IPC is seeking input from faculty, staff and students to inform the university’s budget plan for the 2018-2019 budget cycle and beyond.
The purpose of the consultations is to seek the university community’s input on: the principles and priorities that should guide Memorial as it seeks to develop a balanced budget; the challenges that we face; and the opportunities that exist for the university in its current fiscal environment.

**Please note that this survey form closed on Feb. 12.**
