Academic Help

If you are looking for information on an academic program at Memorial, the Academic Advising Centre is there to assist you. From helping you plan your program, to choosing your courses, they work for you. Drop by their office in the Science Building (SN-4053) to meet with an Advisor.

First year students are also assigned their very own faculty advisor. Don't be intimidated and go see them, they'll know more about the programs and courses you want to study than just about anyone else.

Help Centres

Throughout campus you'll find plenty of help centres to assist you in getting the most out of your academic work. Some of the help centres available to assist you are:

  • Chemistry Help Centre
  • Computer Science Help Centre
  • Economics Help Centre
  • French Help Centre
  • Math Help Centre
  • Physics Help Centre
  • Writing Centre

Check with the relevant department for further information on help centre times and locations each semester. If you're looking for help in a subject area not listed, you're encouraged to speak with your professor.
