Synopsis of Process
Steps 1 - 6

Written complaint is sent to the Head of the Campus where the accused student is registered |

| 2. | Written complaint should include description of offence,
identify violation under the code that has been committed, name and
contact information of the accused student, and, name and contact
information of the complainant. |
| 3. | The complaint is reviewed and referred to the Complaints
Officer on the appropriate campus |
| 4. | Complaints Officer will contact the accused and complainant and
tries to reach an informal resolution. |
| 5. | If not resolved by informal process, matter is referred back to
the Head of the Campus. |
| 6. | If matter can not be resolved informally, the matter is referred back to the Head of the Campus to pursue a formal investigation, which includes an investigation and hearing. |
