How to Apply
Application packages for admission to the BSW First and Second Degree programs for 2014-2015 are now available.
The application deadline for both programs is March 1, 2014 at 4pm. The Registrar's Office must have received all application components on or before that date.
Important note: If an applicant is not a current MUN student, they are required to submit a general application to Memorial (available at www.mun.ca/regoff/admission/) in addition to the supplementary forms below. If an applicant is a current MUN student, they are required to submit only the supplementary forms. This applies to both the BSW as a First Degree and the BSW as a Second Degree program. All application forms must be submitted to the Registrar's Office on or before the March 1 deadline.
The Application Package:
- Applicants for admission to the School of Social Work must complete a School of Social Work application and submit it to the Office of the Registrar by March 1 of the year in which admission is sought. Please contact the Admissions Chairperson, Mary Beth Hutchens (firstname.lastname@example.org) for details.
- Applications received after this deadline will be considered only if a place is available in the School of Social Work.
- Applicants will normally be notified of admissions decisions early June.
- Approved applicants to the School of Social Work will normally be admitted in Winter Semester only (January for 2nd degree) and Fall Semester only (September for 1st degree).
