ASWS/Class Executive
This committee is formed for the purpose of representing each graduating class; it is elected by all voting members of the class. The committee consists of the following positions, click to find out what each member of the committee is responsible for:

Meetings are held monthly and will be held throughout the fall and winter semesters. Attendance by all elected committee members is mandatory. In the event that a member misses two meetings, the issue will be brought to the attention of the committee.
Members share responsibilities but also hold particular ones of their own. Each member gets one vote in committee meetings with the exception of the president who will only vote in the event of a tie. Committee members hold office for three years unless determined by the majority of the committee or by a decision to resign.
Elections for the executive committee take place during the first few weeks of the fall semester unless there are vacant positions after the initial election. In this case, an election may take place at any time in order to fill this position.
