My PhD work will focus on challenges for non-ethnic social work interns in the ethnic minorities in Vietnam. I want to prove that environment heavily effects interns' performance and with this proof, I would like to develop a manual for social work practice for ethnic minority communities in Vietnam.
I hold a BSW degree (2004) from University of Labor and Social Affairs, Ha Noi- Viet Nam and an MSW degree (2006) from Regina University, Saskatchewan.
I am a lecturer in the social work faculty, University of Labor and Social Affairs, Ha Noi- Viet Nam and a consultant for the child protection program of UNICEF and Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. I am strong in the supervision area.
