The Faculty of Science, in partnership with Career Development and Experiential Learning, employs a Science Career Development Coordinator. This role is designed to help science students with career exploration, facilitate career-related workshops, assist students in their job search and educate them about work and volunteer experience available on campus.

ScienceM@tters can only be found at Memorial University. It is a national award winning career mentoring program targeted at undergraduate science students beyond first year who are contemplating the value of a science degree, seeking career direction, and looking for guidance from experienced science alumni.
ScienceM@tters is a collaborative initiative between Career Development & Experiential Learning, the Office of Alumni Affairs & Development, and the Faculty of Science. Students are mentored by Memorial B.Sc. alumni with similar interests and participate in exclusive career development workshops.
