International Undergraduate Conference Travel Funding

Funding is available to Memorial University international undergraduate students who are interested in attending a conference related to their studies or co-curricular activities.

Funding can include fees/expenses for airfare, conference registration, accommodations and other directly related costs as determined by the Scholarships and Awards Office. 

Students are responsible for researching conferences of interest or can preview a list of possible upcoming conferences that might be of interest.  Students wishing to attend a conference related to their area of study may wish to consult with their faculty for suggestions. 

To apply, a conference application and a funding calculator sheet must be completed and submitted to the Scholarships and Awards Office, located at UC-4018.   

Details for 2015/16 will be available in August 2015.
