Global Engagement Grants
We've launched a grant program for students or student groups that are interested in doing internationally focused initiatives on-campus!
Global Engagement Grants are designed to promote an intercultural experience on campus. The funding is designed to help fund events, projects, training sessions or other appropriate ventures with an intercultural focus, whereby the entire student body stands to benefit. Preference will be given to proposals whereby a large portion of the student body has the opportunity to be directly involved. Students must apply in writing to the Scholarships and Awards Office, Room 4018, University Centre. Application package must be completed in full to ensure consideration.
More info about Global Engagement Grants can be found here .As of Spring 2013, significant changes have been made to the GEG process. All updated information is in the GEG information document.
The GEG application can be found here.
Please note that these grants are intended to plan student events or initiatives on campus or in the St. John's area. The funds are not intended to fund student travel.
Applications for the Spring semester are being accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
