Since we started our journey towards ISO 9001:2008 certification, we have reached many milestones. These have included items such as a standardized process for work order recording, a standardized process for material and parts tracking, and a process for measuring customer satisfaction. These three examples have already shown us where improvements can and have been implemented. We are also seeing where further improvements can be made to enhance the service we deliver.
On December 10th, we performed another internal audit. The results were good and can be seen in the audit report on the Related Content section.
On February 9th and 10th, 2016, Quasar will be in for our second surveillance audit.
This does mot mark the end of our journey, but is another important milestone that we have reached. From here onward, we must continue to improve all aspects of Technical Services.
