Awards Advisory Committee
The creation of an Awards Advisory Committee will ensure that information is shared among all faculties, and the appropriate recognition for successful nominations is achieved.
The Awards Advisory Committee will consist of the Coordinator of Institutional Nominations and Awards, representatives from the Faculty/School/Campus Awards Committees (including St. John’s campus, the Marine Institute and Grenfell Campus), a representative from the Instructional Development Office in DELTS and the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications (or delegate).
The Awards Advisory Committee will be co-chaired by the Coordinator of Institutional Nominations and Awards, and a member of the committee elected for a one-year term by his or her peers. It will meet three times per academic year consistent with the call for proposals issued by the Coordinator of Institutional Nominations and Awards, or as needed.
