Picking up your diploma
Students who do not attend the Convocation Ceremoney may pick-up
their Graduation Diploma from Room 2003B in the Arts and
Administration Building on the first working day following the last
session of Convocation.
Please note that you must present your Student ID (or other
acceptable identification). If you wish to have someone else
retrieve your Diploma on your behalf, this person must present
written authorization from you along with acceptable identification
verifying they are indeed the person noted on your written
authorization.
If you do not retrieve your diploma as noted above, it will be
mailed to you along with a copy of the Convocation programme
within two weeks of the official Convocation ceremony.
