If you have forgotten your Personal Identification Number (PIN), used to access Self-Service and WebCT, you can reset your PIN via Self-Service. Enter your nine digit student number and use the Forgot Pin Button. You will be prompted to answer four questions:
- Your previously created security question
- Your date of birth
- Your Social Insurance Number
- Your permanent postal code
Answering three of the four questions correctly will take you to a new page where you can reset your PIN.
If you can not successfully change your PIN through Self-Service, contact email@example.com, providing sufficient identifying information to confirm who you are, and we will reset your PIN and advise you by return e-mail.
Should you want to change your PIN, when you have not forgotten it, you can do so using the option in the Personal Information Menu of Self-Service. Your PIN also expires regularly and you are prompted to change it when this happens.
