Input to the Presidential Search Process
Public consultations
The Presidential Search Committee of Memorial University of Newfoundland is looking for input as it develops a profile that will guide the selection and appointment of our next president. The committee would like to hear from you about:
• the challenges and opportunities that you feel should be the focus of our next president, and
• the experience, skills and personal qualities that you feel are most important for success in this role.
There are two ways to ensure that your input is received and considered by the Presidential Search Committee.
IN PERSON
Committee members will be available to receive suggestions at the following in-person sessions:
St. John’s campus: Room A-1046, Arts and Administration Building Annex

IN WRITING
If you would prefer to forward a written submission to the committee, please send it by May 21, 2009, to Tina Pardy, secretary to the committee, at presidentialsearch@mun.ca. Written submissions should be one-two pages in length maximum.
The input received will be used to create the "Position and Candidate Profile" which will be posted on the Presidential Search website http://www.mun.ca/regents/presidential_search/
