Mr. Dillon was raised in Labrador and has called Gander home for 30 years. He has 28 years in the health and social services sector, with the last 15 years in management in the areas of professional development, intervention services, social work, information management and pharmacy. He is currently the regional business manager of pharmacy for the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Authority.
His extensive community experience includes six years as chair of St. Paul’s Intermediate school council, five years as a Scout leader and four years with the Gander Kiwanis Club, serving the last two as vice-president. He is also a certified instructor of Frank Covey’s, The 7 Habits for Highly Effective People and Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results.
