How To Enter

Candidates must read the Rules and Regulations and submit an entry form along with a declaration of originality form. Submissions can be made uploaded, or the CD/DVD can be mailed in. The length of the clip should be a minimum of 20 seconds, and a maximum of 50 seconds. Please select the submission method below that is most convenient for you.
