Alexis Ksiazkiewicz – Associate Vice-President Government and Stakeholder Relations, University of Alberta
Alexis Ksiaskiewicz leads institutional government and stakeholder relations strategies at the University of Alberta. Over the past fifteen years, she has held leadership roles within the advanced education sector in constituency organizations, advocacy groups, provincial and national associations, and at the University of Alberta. In her current role, she works to advance the university’s reputation and priorities with government and stakeholders locally, provincially and nationally.
Alexis is a proud Rotarian and an active volunteer. She has served as a member of the Government of Alberta’s “A Learning Alberta” steering committee, a member of the City of Edmonton’s NextGen Task Force and as the first community co-chair of the NextGen Committee. Alexis is Chair of Youth Services at the Rotary Club of Edmonton and Vice-Chair of the Government Relations Officers' Network for Canadian Universities.
Alexis holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta and has completed a program in change leadership at Rotman School of Management.
