    • Regular water use restrictions

  • There are mixed perceptions on water use
    • Water management is unclear
      • Where does the water come from?
      • Where does it go?
      • How much does it cost?
      • Who uses the most water?
    • Water policy in St. John’s is currently being debated
      • i.e. metering
      • What policy is in-place?
