General Procedures for University-Owned Vehicles

 1. Vehicle disposal by trade, sale, or auction will be handled by the Procurement Officer. The Procurement Officer will arrange cancellation of insurance and direct all funds generated from the disposal of the vehicle in accordance with the Procedure for Revenue Distribution.

2. Where vehicles have been purchased under grants within the terms of the grant, grantees will make the vehicle (if operational) available to assist in the provision of emergency transportation.
