Procedure for Deferred Salary Leave Plan

An employee completes an application form and forwards it to his / her unit head for approval.

If approved, the application must be submitted to Human Resources by January 31.

The application will be reviewed by the Human Resources Advisor and discussed with the Payroll Manager

Deductions will begin on the first payroll following April 1 of that year.
