PROCEDURE TO REQUEST RECONSIDERATION OF DONOR PROSPECT APPROVAL DECISION

Applicants with new information or changed circumstances may request, in writing, reconsideration by the Donor Prospect Clearance Committee, normally within one month of when the new information becomes available or when the circumstances change.
