PROCEDURE FOR UNDERGRADUATE OFF-SEMESTER EMPLOYMENT

  

  1. To employ student workers in an off-semester, departments are required to submit a completed Student Employment form and an Application for Direct Deposit.
  2. Students working a predetermined schedule or regular working hours are set up for regular payroll processing. For students working irregular hours, the employing departments submit hours of work on Miscellaneous Time Reports for payment.
