Procedure for Undergraduate On-semester Employment

1. At the beginning of each academic semester, employing units submit a Personnel Action form to the Payroll Section of the Department of Human Resources for all undergraduate full-time students working as Student Assistants.

2. Students working a predetermined schedule or regular working hours are set up for regular payroll processing. For students working irregular hours, the employing units submit hours of work on Miscellaneous Time Reports for payment.
