Danny Whalen
Undergraduate Student Instructional Assistant
Danny is currently pursuing his BSc degree with a major in Pure
Mathematics. He began working at the Mathematics Learning Centre
(MLC) as a Teaching Assistant (TA) trainee in the Spring Semester
of 2005, and worked as a TA for the Fall 2005 and Winter 2006
semesters. During the Summer of 2006, Danny completed his Junior
Instructor (JI) certification which entitled him to teach a section
of M102/103/104F. Danny proceeded to work as a JI in the Fall of
2006 and Winter 2007 semesters. In the Fall 2007 semester Danny
returned as a part-time Undergraduate Student Instructor. In the
past, Danny has also been a TA for both the Math 10XF and Math
1090, as offered through the MLC.
