Reporting a cancellation
Faculty or staff members can report a cancellation of a class or another university event by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: The message must come from a recognized Memorial email address.
Please specify the course name and number, the time of the class, the room number, the instructor's name and any other relevant details, e.g. English 4000, with Mr. Smith, scheduled for 12 p.m., in room A-1054.
For clarity, please spell the subject's name in its entirety when posting a cancellation, e.g. English, not ENGL; Engineering, not ENGI
This email address is monitored during regular office hours. Messages sent outside regular office hours (8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.) may not be seen/posted in a timely manner.
