Joe Emberley is known as The Fiddler in his hometown of Joe Batt’s Arm. He is one of the only fiddle players living on Fogo Island. An accomplished accordion player as well, Joe’s songs are strongly influenced by Newfoundland and Irish traditional music. During the summer, Joe is kept busy playing at the many Fogo Island festivals and celebrations that take place.
