Employee Wellness, Human Resources, in collaboration with The Works invite all fitness levels to join Memorial University’s walking group.
Organized walks, led by a fitness leader, will take place at the Field House track. To keep it interesting and your heat rate up, we wil have optional exercisess that you can chose to incorporate.
Time: Every Monday and Wednesday at noon
Duration: September 26 - December 7, 2016
Cost: Free add on to your existing Field House membership
