MyHR team

In December 2016 a voluntary and anonymous survey of MyHR was administered through the Centre for Institutional Analysis and Planning (CIAP). CIAP collected and analyzed the survey responses and recently provided Human Resources with an overview of the data.

Earlier this year, the Department of Human Resources was pleased to announce that it was offering an on-site blood collection service for Memorial employees.  


In anticipation of the upcoming tax season, the Department of Human Resources is encouraging employees and retirees who have not already done so, to consider signing up to receive their tax slips online.

The Department of Human Resources recently reviewed a number of processes surrounding leave without pay for the purposes of personal, maternity, parental and adoption leave greater than 30 days and, as a result, has made a number of changes.

The Department of Human Resources is offering a one-day workshop titled “Happiness at Work”. This workshop will focus on the study of happiness, what makes an individual flourish, internal strengths, self-esteem and optimism.  

The Department of Human Resources has updated the university’s Staff Handbook for Non-Bargaining Unit Employees and renamed it Guide for Non-Bargaining, Management and Professional, and Senior Administrative Management Employees.
