MOOD AND ANXIETY 101 (Drop in)

An educational session designed for currently registered students who want to learn more about how they can better manage their own mood and anxiety symptoms. Learn about how and why the body reacts the way it does to stress and learn a variety of effective coping strategies, including relaxation techniques, cognitive techniques and behavioral techniques.
