What is Mindfulness? (Drop in)

Mindfulness is an evidence-based form of stress management that has demonstrated success in managing mood, as well as improving learning, productivity and overall well-being. A variety of practices will be introduced and facilitators will assist participants in developing the mindful practices. What exactly is Mindfulness? Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: On purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally. Instead of judgment or criticism, this attention is curious and kind.
