STEPS TO GRADUATE
Qualify to finish...
You must first apply to graduate; the Registrar's Office will review your academic record to determine if you have met the degree requirements. The deadline to apply to graduate is January 15 for Spring Convocation
and July 15 for Fall Convocation. Log on to Memorial Self Service
to fill out the application for graduation.
RSVP for your 30 seconds of fame...
Register to attend
your convocation ceremony, you must register to participate in the ceremony via Memorial Self Service. Even if you don't plan to attend, please go online and tell us this so arrangements can be made to send your parchment to you.

Convocation in St. John's is held in the auditorium of the Arts and Culture Centre, Allandale Road
Ceremonies will be held from May 31st - June 3rd, 2016. The schedule
will be available mid-Febuary.
You should arrive at the Arts and Culture Centre 60 minutes before your convocation ceremony to pick up your tickets and your academic dress. Parking is available in designated lots around the centre but is limited.
The convocation ceremony is approximately one hour and 30 minutes in length. Each will be broadcast live on the university's website and videotaped for future broadcast on cable television. Graduand and guest tickets will be distributed from the former canteen of the Centre (NOT from the Box Office); please ensure you know your Memorial student number.
