Convocation 2017 - Corner Brook

STEPS TO GRADUATE

Qualify to finish...

You must first apply to graduate. The Registrar's Office will review your academic record to determine if you've met the degree requirements. The deadline to apply to graduate is January 15, 2017 for Spring Convocation and July 15, 2017 for Fall Convocation. Log on to Memorial Self Service to fill out the application for graduation.

RSVP for your 30 seconds of fame...

Register to attend your convocation ceremony via Memorial Self Service. Even if you don't plan to attend, please go online and tell us this so arrangements can be made to send your parchment to you.

Be in the know...

Find out the date and time of your ceremony and make sure you know what to expect... like where to rent your gown and how properly to wear the stuff (who really knows that?).

Pick up your gear...

Pick up your academic dress at the rehearsal, 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Arts and Culture Centre. At the rehearsal, the university marshall will walk you through the convocation ceremony and explain what is expected of you. It will last approximately one hour.
