eAlert is an integral part of a safe and secure university environment. The incident report form was created so members of the university community could report incidents that may be a concern to the health, safety and security of the university community. It's received by Enterprise Risk Management and then assigned to the proper resource within the university for follow-up.
This service will also allows you to communicate anonymously if you choose to do so and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Memorial University is committed to handling reports submitted via this resource as promptly and discreetly as possible. If the information is not sufficient or detailed enough and submitted anonymously, it may not be possible to conduct an investigation. Please be aware that if you choose to disclose your identity, the university may not be able to protect your identity should a public records request be made or a subpoena issued.
Please note: While this resource is available for reporting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; the system is not monitored 24 hours a day. If the incident is an emergency that requires immediate action please contact Campus Enforcement and Patrol at 864-4100 or call 911.
