Retrieving your Adapter Address in Windows 98
- Click your start button
- Select Run from the start menu
- In the Run window type winipcfg then click ok
- This opens IP Configuration information
- In that configuration box you will see the adapter address for your machines network card as indicated below
- Adapter address should look something like
00-50-DA-C9-09-37
