Banner HR Project
Memorial is introducing a new human resources information management system in Dec. 2012. It’s called Banner HR and will replace our current system, which is now over 20 years old.
The new system will help us streamline business operations and manage processes such as payroll, leave management and priorities at all Memorial campuses. Banner HR complements the Banner student and finance systems that are already well-established and well-supported at the university.
Because the three systems will share one data base of information, deans, directors and administrators will have access to more timely and accurate data that supports decision making. Employees will have access to more personal information available at their fingertips through employee self-service. Memorial retirees will also be able to take advantage of employee self-service.
