Parent & Tot Program

2014 Parent & Tot Program

Offered in the spring and fall, the Parent & Tot Program encourages garden and nature exploration, hiking, storytelling, and songs. An excellent opportunity for parents (orParent and Tot care-givers) and children to have fun together while learning about nature and gardening. A respect for nature and all its “critters” will be emphasized. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required.

For children 1 - 6 years old. As in past programs, a hike to Oxen Pond to feed the ducks followed by a snack and story time will be a regular activity. Offered on Friday mornings, Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Session #1: Fridays, 10 - 11:30 a.m.
Session #2: Fridays, 1:15 – 2:40 p.m.
Session #3: Saturdays, 10 - 11:30 a.m

Registration

The parent & tot program is fully booked at this time. Due to the nature of the program, the turn-over rate is very low and despite an expansion in the program, there are very few openings each season.  We invite everyone to drop by on Sunday for our Family Programs, which are similar to Prent and Tot, but do not require registration.
