Dry Feb

Are you looking to become aware of the impacts of alcohol consumption or learn how to decrease your alcohol intake? Memorial Univerity is here to help deliver resources in support of bringing awareness to Dry Feb. Results from the American College Health Association-National College Health Assessment (ACHA-NCHA III) Institutional Data Report- Spring 2021 from Memorial University of Newfoundland will also be included.

Would you like to go alcohol-free this February? Dry Feb is raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society to help make a difference for those affected by cancer. You don't necessarily need to participate for the whole month. This could look like going dry for 7, 14, 21, or 28 days or decreasing your alcohol intake from 4 days a week to 3, 2, or 1. Whichever works best for you!
