Watercolour Mindfulness
This experiential workshop introduces participants to the concept of mindfulness through engaging in creative process using simple watercolour painting. All are welcomed as artists, no experience required. Materials will be provided.

Gratitude Collage
This experiential workshop introduces participants to the concept of practicing gratitude and the positive impact such practices can have on well-being. Participants will engage in self-reflection and explore their experiences of gratitude through a collage activity. All are welcomed as artists, no experience required. Materials will be provided.
