COVID-19 and the Registrar's Office

Current students should make sure to regularly monitor their @mun.ca email accounts for important updates or annoucements.
For undergraduate applicants, Mail Services will continue to receive couriered documents and deliver them to Admissions Office. However, processing delays have been put in place to ensure our staff's health and safety.
Requests for enrolment verification letters are only being sent by email.
Requests for study extension letters and post-graduation work permit letters should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org from their @mun.ca email address with name, student ID, program of study and graduation term expected.
At this time, we are unable to to provide hardcopy official transcripts. The pickup option has also been suspended.
We will email unofficial transcripts, at your request, to third parties. We will confirm your academic record as of the date sent by including an official signed letter with your unofficial transcript. Once normal operations have resumed, we will forward your official transcript via Canada Post standard mail as requested.
The Student Recruitment Office is not booking tours for prospective students at this time. We encourage you to explore our campuses through our interactive campus map.
