Registration

The registration fee for People, Place, and Public Engagement is $695 CAD, plus HST. Our registration system will close on Friday, October 19th. For last minute registrations, please contact engagement@mun.ca.

Please note: Memorial University registrants who intend to pay by Journal Voucher (JV), should email engagement@mun.ca with the subject line "JV Conference Registration" for alternate payment arrangements.

Looking for a one-day pass? You can attend any one day of the conference for $200. Please email us at engagement@mun.ca to purchase.

Also, all conference presenters are invited to take advantage of a special rate. Please use the code provided in acceptance email. 

A limited number of subsidies may be available for students, community members, and those with financial need. Please email engagement@mun.ca for more information.


Conference fees include all programming, including field trips, social events, welcoming reception on Wednesday October 24, and select meals. 

Registrants are responsible for all travel, transportation, and accomodations booking and costs. Plan your stay here

All registrations must be received by October 15, 2018.

Cancellations must be received by the Office of Public Engagement prior to October 2, 2018. All registration cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Registrations are transferrable without additional charge. Contact engagement@mun.ca with questions.
