Q: Can I get additional accounts?
The basic account allocation is one per user. Typically, you will also be a part of an already existent laboratory or administrative share. However, if you are a faculty or staff member, you may apply for additional group/share accounts up to a limit of three excluding your basic account. These accounts may be administrative or laboratory share accounts and will be registered in your name. You are thus the single accountable party. While your students may be given access to your additional share folder, you must NOT make available the login and password to additional accounts. To enable sharing for additional accounts/folders, you must contact email@example.com and inform us of the names of students to whom you wish to provide access.
