Q: What are labnet accounts?

Some of our workstation logins are deemed "Labnet" accounts. This type of login is a pan- campus type of laboratory login which allows for a single sign-on campus login. Most notably, this is the system which will be used in the new Image and Data Analysis Facility (IDAF). Widely used on campus, in large computer laboratories, it is curently experimental at the OSC but will become more prevalent within the coming months.
