See below for more information on the On-Campus Offerings:

The Works

The Field House at The Works is open to all students and is a great place to take a break from the books and hit the gym. Get those endorphins pumping by hopping on the treadmill, workout with weights, or do some laps on the indoor track. For the Fall 2020 semester, students can purchase a Student Membership to The Works for 65$ + tax, which includes access to the indoor walking/running track, fitness courts, fitness classes, and student fitness studios. Visit The Works website for more information.

MUN Pool

The MUN Pool is open to students and access can be purchased via drop-in fees or membership. You can find the Fall 2020 schedule for Lane swims on The Works website

Queen Elizabeth II Library

Looking for a change of scenery when studying? The QEII Library is open to students who’d like to come on campus and use a study space. You can easily book your space online through the library’s website

Johnson Geo Centre - Study Space

The Johnson Geo Centre is introducing "Study Under the Stars" where students can book a study table inside the Johnson Geo Centre. Tables are available Sunday through Thursday, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. For more information, you can visit the Johnson Geo Centre's website

Indigenous Student Resource Centre - On-Campus Study Space

The Indigenous Student Resource Centre is now offering on-campus study spaces in the Indigenous Student House. Students must comply with Health and Safety protocols prior to and once in the Indigenous Student House. To book a study space, email isrc@mun.ca.

Burton’s Pond

If you don’t want to work out inside, why not take a walk outside? Burton’s Pond is roughly the same size as the indoor track at the Field House and one lap around equals one kilometre.

MUN Bookstore

The MUN Bookstore is open and waiting for you to stop by, buy some course texts, pick up some school supplies, grab some Memorial swag, and more! Check out the Bookstore website for their hours and guidelines for visiting in person.

The Attic

Need some study snacks for when you’re at the Library? Or maybe some fuel for your workout at the Works? Stop by the Attic in the University Centre to stock up on food, drinks, and more.

Botanical Garden

Sometimes there’s nothing like getting out in the peace and calm of nature to help you relax and recharge. The MUN Botanical Garden is free to students with your Campus Card and is a beautiful place to stroll through the woods, explore five breathtaking trails and be immersed in nature with hundreds of species of plants, birds and butterflies. Visit the Botanical Garden website for more information.
