Crew of the Spanish trawler "Estai" were arrested when Canada claimed they were overfishing Greenland Halibut (also known as Greenland Turbot). An international fishing dispute between Canada and Spain, known as the Turbot War of 1995, developed. The drag net recovered by the "Zandvoort" showed that the "Estai" was using a net with a mesh size smaller than was permitted by Canadian law. | Source Donor: | Donated by Capt.
