Ltd. at Harbour Grace, Newfoundland. Registered in Newfoundland on December 10, 1918, and was owned by Cyril Tessier, a merchant from St. John's. Tessier sold his shares to a variety of people, including 46 shares to the Crossburn Steamship Limited of Glasgow, Scotland.
