Biography/Admin History: The barquentine "Harriet," Official Number 69318, was built in 1873 at Bridport, England, by Cox. She was owned by C.T. Bowring & Co. She was lost near Pouch Cove, Newfoundland on February 1, 1882. All members of the crew were saved.
