The Service Desk is the first point of contact for students, faculty and staff with computing problems or queries.
During the Christmas holiday period, the ITS Service Desk will provide phone, email, and chat support on Dec 27-29 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Normal hours of operation will resume on Wednesday, January 3, 2018.
The ITS Service Desk is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
